Today on the show we catch up with Thom Yorke and Radiohead and play some of the new remixes from The Eraser, a couple of covers from the Thumbs Down Webcast and flashback to an earlier version of "Videotape", the closing track to Radioheads latest In Rainbows as captured on the Nigel Godrich video series "From the Basement".

Marqui Adora show tonight!

For those who don't know, I'm in a band. I play drums and run the sequences. We write rock songs you can dance to. My singer Danny and I are doing an Electro Acoustic show tonight. Essentially we take the songs, add some extra synth bass to them and then waiver between super chilled ballads and 130bpm 4 on the floor rockers. We've reworked a bunch of the songs, learned some covers and have added a handfull of new songs to the mix. It should be a good time.

This is a great tune from LCD's Album Sound of Silver. You have to give credit to the guy playing the piano/keyboard part. It's so redundant, I would go crazy playing it my self... but front man James Murphy wouldn't have it any other way.

Festival Action

We're playing Moonfest tonight in WPB, FL along with The Creepy T's, AKA, The Freakin Hot and The Postmarks among many others. As I understand it they get 40,000 people out to this festival. Should be a good time. Two of our new songs, "In The Rain" and "Catch The Sun", will be making their live debuts tonight, which we're pretty excited about. Our only concern is rain, the weather has been rather crap here the past few days and the forecast doesn't offer much hope for improvement so this might be a messy affair all around. Woo Hoo!

Justice - Phantom Menace Part II (Soulwax Remix)

One of my favorites from "†" gets reworked and extended by the brothers Dewaele, fresh from the new Soulwax remix collection Most of the remixes we've made... which also features remixes they've done for The Gossip, Klaxons, LCD Soundsystem, Gorillaz, Daft Punk, Muse and Tiga among others. The remix keeps the Disco Strings and Grittiness and adds some French monologue and a Suspenseful and sudden drop in the middle. Nice work.
